Perfect only 6 months after with 🧿✅

There are two surgical options for the jawline and area. The first one is the liposuction technique, which achieves the result shown in today’s post. This method is suitable for younger patients (typically under 40) who have minimal excess skin and preserved skin elasticity ✅

The second option is the surgery, which we perform on older patients (usually over 45) who have significant skin laxity, reduced skin elasticity, and noticeable muscle sagging ‼️

Geçen hafta sonu ikincisini düzenlediğimiz yeni konseptimiz Kadavra ve Videocerrahi kursumuz büyük bir ilgi gördü 🎉

Kongre başkanı olarak noktasından virgülüne kadar her noktasıyla ilgilendiğim kursumuz sırasında tarafından hem eğitimcilerimizin hem kursiyerlerimiz çok güzel fotoğrafları çekildi 🙏🏻

Normalde kendini çok paylaşan biri olmasam da, fotoğraflar çok beğenilince hem bu pozları paylaşmak hem de Estetik Plastik Cerrahi Derneği olarak düzenlediğimiz bu başarılı kursu kutlamak istedim 🇹🇷

Last weekend, the second of our new concept Cadaver and Video-Surgery Course attracted great interest 🎉

As the Congress President, I personally oversaw every detail — down to the last comma. During the course, captured wonderful photos of both our instructors and participants 🙏🏻

Although I’m not usually someone who shares much about myself, the photos received such positive feedback that I wanted to post a few of them and also celebrate this successful course organized by the Turkish Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery 🇹🇷

Estetik Plastik Cerrahi Derneği (EPCD) olarak bu sene ikincisini düzenlediğimiz Kadavra ve Videocerrahi kursumuz yine büyük ilgi gördü 🎉

300 civarında katılımcı haftasonu boyunca konusunda kadavra diseksiyonlarını ve estetik cerrahinin tüm konularında alanında uzman meslektaşlarımız hazırlanan editlenmiş ameliyat videolarını izleme imkanı buldu ✅

EPCD olarak ülkemiz estetik cerrahisini en üst noktaya taşımak için çalışmaya devam edeceğiz 🇹🇷

As the Turkish Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (TSAPS), our Cadaver and Video-Surgery Course — held for the second time this year — once again attracted great interest 🎉

Around 300 participants spent the weekend exploring through cadaver dissections and had the opportunity to watch edited surgical videos prepared by distinguished covering all areas of aesthetic surgery ✅

As TSAPS, we will continue to work tirelessly to elevate the field of aesthetic surgery in our country to the highest level 🇹🇷

Mutluluk verici bir haberi sizlerle paylaşmak istiyorum 🎉 70 civarında ulusal ve uluslararası makalem olsa da bu makale benim için çok özel çünkü Plastik Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi Profesörü olduktan sonra yayınlanan ilk makalem 😎

Açık ameliyatlarında burun sırtı ve ucundaki deformitelerin azaltılmasını sağlayan yazımız bilim alanının en prestijli dergisi olan tarafından kabul edildi ve basılarak yayınlandı. Uzun yıllardır emek vererek binleri aşan sayıda yapan bir cerrah olarak akademik bakış açısını kaybetmememin faydasını böyle değerli bir makaleyi meslektaşlarıma ve bilim camiasına kazandırarak görmüş oldum 🇹🇷

I would like to share some happy news with you all 🎉 Although I have around 70 national and international publications, this article is very special to me because it is my first publication after becoming a Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery 😎

Our paper, which focuses on reducing dorsal and tip deformities in open procedures, has been accepted and published by — the most prestigious journal in the field of . As a surgeon who has performed thousands of over many years, I have seen the value of never losing an academic perspective, as it has allowed me to contribute such a meaningful article to my colleagues and to the scientific community 🇹🇷

1.5 months postoperative result after 🧿🎉💫

fat herniation can affect patients of all ages. In older patients, usually excess skin is added to the fat herniation, so we perform lower blepharoplasty with a traditional incision at the base of the eyelashes.

Younger patients typically only have fat herniation without excess skin, and in these cases, the fat pads can be removed without any incision, through the eyelid, and without scarring. This method is called as transconjonctival and it provides a faster recovery and very satisfactory results.

Dün benim için çok özel, anlamlı ve güzel bir gün oldu. Çünkü çok özel ve değerli bir misafirim vardı. Plastik Cerrahi uzmanlığı eğitimimi aldığım Marmara Üniversitesi Plastik Cerrahi Ana Bilim Dalı Kurucusu Kıymetli hocam Prof. Dr. Ayhan Numanoğlu sürpriz ziyareti ile kliniğimizi onurlandırdı. Ondan sadece cerrahi anlamda değil, insani anlamda da çok şey öğrendik. Böyle değerli bir insandan böyle iyi bir eğitim alabilmek benim hayattaki şanslarımdandır.

Bugün dünyanın her yerinden her sene yüzlerce hasta ameliyat için kliniğime geliyorsa bu başta Ayhan Hocam olmak üzere üzerimde emeği olan hocalarım bana kattığı vizyon ve cerrahi nosyon sayesindedir. Teşekkürü borç bilirim 🩵

Bugün kariyerimdeki en özel günlerden biri 💫 Senelerdir üzerinde çalıştığım ameliyat tekniğimin uzun dönem sonuçlarını yayınlamak benim için çok değerli 🇹🇷

Yaklaşık 5 sene önce bu tekniği ve planı anlatmaya başladığımda şüpheyle yaklaşan bir çok meslektaşımın artık bu tekniği ve cerrahi planı kullanmaya başlamış olması ayrıca beni çok mutlu ediyor 💫

Peki 2023 senesinde ilk olarak adıyla yayınladığımız bu teknik neden bu kadar önemli?

— Saç içindeki küçük bir kesiden yüzde derin plana ulaşmayı sağlayan bir cerrahi planı tanımlayan ilk tekniktir. Bu plan subgaleal fasya (innominate fasya) üzerindeki plandır.

— Böylece ağız içinden, alt göz kapağından veya kulak çevresinden kesi yapılmadan yapmak ve orta yüz yağ yastıkçığını dikey yönde kaldırmak mümkün hale gelmiştir.

— Bunlara ek olarak, bu planda tanımladığımız cerrahi diseksiyon ile kaş ve göz kenarında çok etkili bir serbestleme yapmak mümkün olduğundan güçlü, etkili ve uzun süre kalıcı ve yapmak mümkün olmaktadır.

Today is one of the most special days in my career 💫 It is very valuable for me to publish the long-term results of my surgical technique that I have been working on for years 🇹🇷

It also makes me very happy that many of my colleagues, who were skeptical when I started explaining this technique and surgical plane about 5 years ago, have now started using this technique and plane 💫

So why is this technique, which we first published under the name in 2023, so important?

— It is the first technique to describe a surgical plane that allows access to the of the face through a small incision in the hair. This plane is the plane over the subgaleal fascia (innominate fascia).

— So it has become possible to perform and lift the vertically without making an incision inside the mouth, lower eyelid or around the ear.

— In addition, because it is possible to make a very effective release of the and eye corner with the surgical dissection performed in this plane, it is possible to perform a strong, effective and long-lasting and
