Third Revision Rhinoplasty ✨

This week’s last case required a third revision to achieve a more natural and balanced result.
• Excessive tip projection was reduced, in other words, the tip projection was deprojected
• Over-rotation of the tip was corrected and was made natural rotation on the tip
• Dorsal width was narrowed
• Excessive curvature on the bridge was smoothed
• Overall size was refined for a more harmonious profile, smooth transition and natural look ✨

Today I operated on my dear patient whose concern was deviated, long nose. The tip Was a bit droopy when she smiled. She wanted to have a natural, feminine nose for her face 🥰

i did a septorhinoplasty nose surgery that I fixed her deviation, reduced the size of turbinates so she can breathe well 😍🥰

Crooked Nose with Thick Skin ✨

I had the pleasure of operating on my lovely patient who came in with concerns about her humpy nose. During our consultation, she mentioned that when she smiled, the tip of her nose dropped too much and she wanted a natural nose that fit to her face 😍

My goal was to create a natural, balanced, and feminine result, refining the hump, softening the profile, and giving the nasal tip a smooth, elegant definition that harmonizes beautifully with her facial features. 💫

I’m so happy with how her new nose enhances her natural beauty while keeping her look authentic and graceful. 💕

Today I operated on my dear patient whose concern was the shape of the nose and the appearance of it. She had a septoplasty surgery when she was 16.
During our consultation, I saw that she has a crooked nose. The nose was projected and humpy on the dorsum part, the septum was visible from the nostrils and sides which means her columellar show was visible. Nostrils were large too.

Her main concern was to fix the shape of the nose and make it natural and feminine as possible. 💕

She was today’s last surgery and I enjoyed every second of it. 🥰 and VOILA! 🥳 here is the result 🫶🏼
