Arched Nose Rhinoplasty 🥰

Today I operated on my dear patient 💕
Her main concerns were the tip of her nose, the bridge of the nose being arched and humpy. The nose stayed quite big for her face and when she was smiling, the tip was droopy 🥹

During the consultation she told that she wanted a natural beautiful nose as possible that would fit to her face ☺️

So I made her dream come true. When I showed her the nose pictures, she was extremely happy. She told me that it was exactly how she imagined her nose 😍

High Radix Rhinoplasty ✨💕

My dear patient had a slight nose hump, the tip of the nose was falling down when she smiled. Her radix was also high. During the physical examination, I saw that she also have a septal deviation 🥹

While these problems were being solved, she wanted her nose to have a more beautiful shape in the same surgery. The radix was quite high, but I was able to lower it even further than expected and made her the nose of her dreams.🥰

Using the piezo rhinoplasty technique, I created a smaller, more defined nose that would fit her beautiful face.🥰

She was super happy when she saw her nose 😍

My patient came all the way from Spain for her nose surgery 💕🇪🇸

Her main concern was that she could barely breathe, and she also had a small hump on her nose. She didn’t have a bad nose at all, but she wanted to improve it, achieve a Barbie-style nose, and most importantly breathe comfortably.✨

From her previous surgery, one of her turbinates had been removed excessively, and on that side she developed a large polyp. It was a maxillary sinus polyp that was blocking her airway.🥺

During the surgery, I removed the large polyp, corrected her septum and deviation, and reduced the size of the turbinate, which had become so enlarged that even a camera could not pass through.😭

Now you can see the pure happiness on her face🥰 she can breathe again and she’s very happy with how her nose turned out 😍

I had the pleasure of operating on a wonderful patient who came to me feeling sad about the hump on her nose. During our consultation, she shared that when she smiled, the tip of her nose tended to drop, and her side profile didn’t reflect how she truly felt inside. Her main wish was simple: a beautifully natural result. ✨

My goal was to create a balanced, feminine nose that harmonizes perfectly with her facial features. By gently refining the nasal hump, softening the profile, and shaping the nasal tip with a smooth, elegant definition, we were able to achieve a subtle yet meaningful transformation. 💫

Oh dear… 🥹

After finishing all my surgeries, I always go to visit my patients and show them their new noses for the first time. 🥹

This beautiful patient came all the way from Egypt. She had a humpy, long, droopy nose and during our consultation she looked at me and said, “I trust you 100%. I know you will make a beautiful nose for me.” 🥰🥺

That kind of trust is not something small. It’s not just about surgery. It is about the trust and love that your patients have for you🥹

So imagine… after a long day in the operating room, I walk in to see her. She looks at her nose picture for the first time. And all of a sudden happy tears 😭🥹😍

There are no words to describe what that feels like as a surgeon. This is why I do what I do. ❤️ Not just to change a nose but to give someone the confidence they’ve been dreaming of.🥰

I performed a septorhinoplasty surgery on my lovely patient whose concern was a humpy and long nose for her face. She wasn’t happy the way her nose dropped every time she smiled. 🥲

She wanted to change that to a beautiful, feminine, still naturally cute nose. 💕 I made sure that she has a beautiful nose tip, so when she smiles her nose tip won’t fall down again like it was used to be. And let’s not forget about her breathing 🤭 It will be 100 out of 10🥰

By the way, for your information, if you are healthy and have no medical issues, the day of your physical examination, you will also have an anesthesiologist consultation and bloodwork will be conducted. ✨
