Well, hello everyone!
I am back with another beautiful nose transformation.

I had the pleasure of operating on my lovely patient who came in with concerns about her humpy nose. During our consultation, she mentioned that when she smiled, the tip of her nose dropped too much and that her profile didn’t reflect how she truly felt inside.

My goal was to create a natural, balanced, and feminine result, refining the hump, softening the profile, and giving the nasal tip a smooth, elegant definition that harmonizes beautifully with her facial features. 💫

I’m so happy with how her new nose enhances her natural beauty while keeping her look authentic and graceful.

Hello everyone!

10 days ago I had the pleasure of performing a septorhinoplasty on my lovely patient, and I’m so excited to share her beautiful transformation with you!

she had a arched hump, a bulbous tip, long and visible nostrils that didn’t quite match her delicate facial features. Her nose was crooked and there was septal deviation.

Now, her nose is more defined, the hump is gone, and there’s a gorgeous, definition on the tip. Her patient’s nostrils were long (2,0 cm) before. Also she had a columellar show. At the end of the surgery, I managed to reduce the size of the nostril and made it -0,5 smaller which made her nose to stand at 1,5 cm. Plus, she doesn’t have a columellar show now.

Now she can breathe more than ever and for your information, if you can see, her chin is way balanced now after her chin filler at the surgery. I added 3 ml chin filler at the end of the surgery in order to make the profile way more balanced

Pinched Nose Rhinoplasty ✨

She came to me with a pinched, crooked nose that was affecting both her breathing and appearance. There was visible asymmetry in her nostrils and nasal wings, and she was also concerned about her long hump on the dorsum.

What did I fix?
First and most importantly, I ensured she could breathe perfectly. Then, I softened and refined her nasal tip, corrected the pinched areas, and straightened her nose to create a more harmonious and delicate look that suits her face beautifully.🥰

Reducing the Nostril Size ✨

As you can see in the video, my patient’s nostrils were long (2,0 cm) before. Also she had a columellar show. At the end of the surgery, I managed to reduce the size of the nostril and made it -0,5 smaller which made her nose to stand at 1,5 cm. Plus, she doesn’t have a columellar show now.

Let me explain the importance of the reducing the size of the nostrils

When the nasal structure is changed after the septorhinoplasty surgery, adjusting nostril size can help maintain long-term structural balance and function.
The proportion of the higher and lower parts of the nose have to match. After rhinoplasty, the nose may look refined, but wide, long nostrils can make the result appear incomplete. Nostril reduction helps the entire nose look cohesive.

Reducing them helps create better harmony between the nose, lips, cheeks, and eyes. Smaller, well-shaped nostrils often give a softer and more elegant nasal appearance, especially when smiling
