You might recognize this beautiful face — I recently shared a reel showing her transformation!😍✨🫶🏼

Just two months ago, I performed a septorhinoplasty on this wonderful patient, who also works at the same hospital that I do my surgeries. ☺️ She was concerned about the hump on her bridge and the visible columella that made her nose appear longer.

In surgery, I focused on softening her profile with a gentle curve, adjusting her nostrils for better proportion, and of course, improving her breathing. 😍🥰

She’s still early in the healing journey, but even at two months post-op, the results are already so naturally stunning. When I see her at the hospital, she always comes to me and shows her nose proudly and with a huge beautiful smile on her face 😍 She tells me how much she loves her nose more and more everyday 😍🥰

Deviated Nose + Septorhinoplasty ✨
🇧🇬 This lovely patient of mine came all the way from Bulgaria to address both functional and aesthetic issues with her nose. She had hard time to breathe

She had a deviation and humpy nasal bridge, and a droopy, downturned tip that made her nose appear longer than it actually was.

During surgery, I corrected the deviation and straightened the nasal line, removed the hump, lifted and reshaped the tip to give it more definition and support😍🥰

She now has a more harmonious facial profile — and most importantly, she’s very happy with both the aesthetic and functional result.🫶🏼😍

Deviated Nose Septorhinoplasty surgery ✨

🇬🇧 My beautiful patient came all the way from the United Kingdom to address both functional and aesthetic concerns with her nose.

She was struggling with breathing issues caused by a significantly crooked nose, along with a visible hump and asymmetrical nostrils. The deviation affected her quality of life and the appearance.

During the surgery, I:
✨ Corrected the crookedness
✨ Removed the hump
✨ Deprojected the tip and refined its definition
✨ Balanced the nostrils to be as symmetrical as possible
✨ Recreated the aesthetic line from the eyebrows to the mid-face for a harmonious profile

She’s now breathing better and her new nose beautifully fits her face.😍🥰

At the end of May, I had the pleasure of performing a septorhinoplasty on my lovely patient 😍 , and I’m so excited to share her beautiful transformation with you! 💫🥰

You might remember her before photos I shared from the OR — she had a hump, a bulbous tip, and long nostrils that didn’t quite match her delicate facial features.

Beautiful septorhinoplasty result with my beautiful patient.✨🥰

My patient’s nose was large in proportion to her sweet face, and when she smiled, the tip of her nose would drop. There were crooked nasal structures inside her nose, which made it difficult for her to breathe.

I created a smaller, more symmetrical, and narrower nose for her, and now the tip no longer drops. 😍🥹
