Her yıl dünya genelinde 1,3 milyar ton gıda, üretimden tüketiciye ulaşmadan kayboluyor. Bu kayıp, hem ekonomik hem de çevresel açıdan büyük bir sorundur. Sağlıklı ve güvenli gıdalar sofralarımıza ulaşana kadar üç temel aşamadan geçer:
1️⃣ Numune Alımı – Ürünü en doğru şekilde temsil edecek örnekler, uygun koşullarda ve hijyen kurallarına dikkat edilerek alınır.
2️⃣ Analiz ve Kontrol – Mikrobiyolojik, kimyasal ve fiziksel testlerle gıdanın güvenliği ve kalitesi detaylıca incelenir.

Laboratuvar Sonuçlarınız Ne Anlama Geliyor?

Gıdaların güvenliği ve kalitesi hakkında verilen laboratuvar sonuçları, ilk bakışta karmaşık görünebilir. Ancak bu sonuçları doğru yorumlamak, bilinçli tüketici olmanın en önemli adımlarından biridir.

Laboratuvar raporlarında; ürünün besin değerleri, katkı maddeleri, mikrobiyolojik yükü, alerjen varlığı ve fiziksel–kimyasal özellikleri gibi pek çok bilgi yer alır. Bu veriler, ürünün hem sağlık açısından güvenli olup olmadığını hem de mevzuata uygunluğunu gösterir.

Dikkat Edilmesi Gerekenler:
