📌Üstteki resim ameliyat öncesi. Deliklerde asimetri var. Burun eğri ve kalın deri.
📌Ortadaki resim ameliyattan 3 ay sonra. Eğrilik ve asimetri düzelmiş fakat burun kanatları ve ucundaki kalınlık değişmemiş.
📌Altaki resim aynı hastanın ameliyat sonrası 1. yılı. Göründüğü üzere burun kanatları ve ucunda, deri kalitesinde oldukça olumlu değişiklikler mevcut. Bu değişiklik İsotretinoin etken maddeli ilaç (sivilce ilacı olarak bilinmekte) sayesinde olmuştur. Özellikle kalın derili hastalarda doktor kontrolü altında bu ilacın kullanımı cerrahiden çok daha etkileyici sonuçları almamıza neden oluyor.

📌The photograph on the very top has been taken before operation.
The nose is curvative , there is an assymetry in nostrils and patient has thick skin type.
📌The photograph in the middle has been taken 3 months after surgery. Curvative and assymetry have improved, but the thickness of the tip of the nose and wings remains the same.
📌The bottom photograph has been taken 1 year after operation. As it can be seen there are quite positive changes in skin quality on the wing and tip of the nose. Such changes are due to the active ingredient İsotretinoin (also known as acne medication). Based on the findings usage of this medication under control of a doctor, especially in the patients with thick skin type significantly accelerates improvement in cosmetic results after operation.
