Our dear patient had full face rejuvenation recently. This is her 10-week post-bariatric facial rejuvenation surgery. 🪞

The surgery included an Extended Deep Plane Facelift with a 65-degree vector, neck lift, deep neck lift, gliding temporal browlift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty skin excision, transconjunctival and pinch lower blepharoplasty, bichectomy, and fat injection to the upper eyelid and malar region.

The aim of facial rejuvenation surgery is to rejuvenate the overall facial appearance rather than fixing each individual problem in the face. 🪄

The patient still has some swelling, but mainly in the upper eyelid due to the fat injection.
