İntramedüler tümör (omurilik tümörü) nedeniyle opere olup ağrı şikayeti düzelmeyen ve aşırı kas kasılmaları olan hastamıza ağrı pili ve baklofen pompası uygulamamız. We have successfuly applied a spinal cord stimulator and baclofen pump on same patient who is operated due to intramedular tumor (spinal cord tumor) and whose pain complaint does not improve and has excessive muscle contractions.
