My name is Kate and welcome to my instagram. Briefly about me so that you know who I am. I am 36 years old, I have 3 kids, I come from Poland but I living in Ireland for over 10 years. I run my own business in the beauty industry Beauty Vision Ireland and Kohana Professional.

I started fighting for myself when I was 13. Unfortunately, as a teenager, I went the wrong way. Eventually, the adventure with weight loss ended with bulimia and anorexia. Now it's Ok. I'm very lucky that I have a wonderful Mom who opened the toilets door at the right moment and reacted immediately. With time, I met the love of my life and became pregnant. I thought it was 5 minutes in my life where I can eat everything I want. Two years after my daughter was born, I weighed 109kg/17stn with height 165cm/5,4feet. I tried everything to loose weight, apple diet, cabbage diet, protein diet etc. Yo-yo effect every time. In February 2019, I decided to have a gastric band surgery. A great tool that gave me a real kick in the ass. After a year, the weight loss slowed down. I had to get back to diet and exercises. This time I gave myself time and set a goal. It was up and down. There were tears and laugh. From a year I follow a Keto diet. I achieved my goal.
I lost over 40kg/6stn and currently my weight is 64kg/10stn.
In January this year, I had done a plastic surgery to fix my tummy and b***s in Turkey. I had MommyMakover surgery.
Thanks to this I closed the chapter about obese Kate. Now it is a time to create a new story.
