Front knee pain, or patellofemoral pain, can have a few different causes.

1. Issues with the knee cap’s alignment and movement. Weak thigh muscles (quadriceps) can be a big factor. 💪

2. How your feet move can impact your knee, which is why we always check your feet! 👟

3. Weakness in the hips can also play a role. For example, if your hip muscles aren’t strong or don’t activate properly when you move, it can lead to knee problems. 🏃‍♀️

Knowing these factors helps in figuring out how to manage and reduce knee pain effectively. Consult your physio for a thorough assessment of these factors 🤸🏻
