Our patient had a deviated septum causing breathing difficulties, along with a nasal hump on the nasal bridge. 👃

At the long-term follow-up after rhinoplasty surgery, it was observed that the patient’s breathing function was well preserved, and the natural appearance of the nasal profile and shape was maintained. ✨

Before rhinoplasty I always work in the kitchen to make measurements to obtain the desired profile, a process I call as precision rhinoplasty. Surely it is impossible to guarantee % 100 because of the soft tissue healing differences in each individual. However we are pretty close to deliver the profile we plan.
