🇹🇷Süleyman 12 yaşında, ağrılı yutkunma ve yemek sonrası göğüs arkasında yanma şikayeti ile bize geldi. Ameliyatsız tedavi seçenekleri için gastroenterolojiye yönlendirdik. Grade D özafajit ile birlikte hiatal hernisi olması üzerine ameliyatsız seçenekler hasta için uygun görülmedi. Bunun üzerine laparoskopik diyafragma tamiratı + anti reflü cerrahisi uyguladık. Bugünkü kontrolünde sonuçlar gayet iyi.

🇬🇧Süleyman, a 12-year-old boy, presented with painful swallowing and a burning sensation behind the chest after meals. We referred him to gastroenterology for non-surgical treatment options. However, due to the presence of Grade D esophagitis along with a hiatal hernia, non-surgical options were deemed unsuitable for the patient. As a result, we performed a laparoscopic diaphragmatic repair along with anti-reflux surgery. At today’s follow-up, the results are very good.
