📍 Kocaeli Şehir Hastanesi Ziyaretimiz

Bugün, Kocaeli Şehir Hastanesi Başhekim Yardımcısı Doç. Dr. Hamdi Taner Turgut hocamızı makamında ziyaret ettik. Türkiye Fizyoterapistler Derneği geçmiş dönem temsilcilerimizden değerli meslektaşım Uzm. Fzt. Volkan İpar ile birlikte gerçekleştirdiğimiz bu tanışma ve sohbet, son derece sıcak ve samimi bir ortamda geçti.

Nazik ev sahipliği, içten sohbeti ve kahve ikramı için kendisine teşekkür ederiz.

📍 Our Visit to Kocaeli City Hospital

Today, we had the pleasure of visiting Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hamdi Taner Turgut, Deputy Chief Physician of Kocaeli City Hospital. I was accompanied by my esteemed colleague Specialist Physiotherapist Volkan İpar, former regional representative of the Turkish Physiotherapists’ Association.

It was a warm and sincere meeting filled with engaging conversation and kind hospitality. We sincerely thank Dr. Turgut for his time, heartfelt welcome, and delicious coffee.

We truly believe in the power of collaboration and open communication in healthcare.

Türkiye Fizyoterapistler Derneği Kocaeli İl Temsilciliği olarak, Kocaeli Sağlık ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon Bölümü akademisyenlerinin kıymetli katkılarıyla, Kocaeli Şehir Hastanesi Başhekim Yardımcısı Doç. Dr. Ahmet Kıran hocamızı makamında ziyaret ettik.

Sayın hocamızdan şehir hastanesindeki fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon hizmetlerine dair mevcut yapılanma ve gelecek projeksiyonları hakkında bilgiler alma fırsatı bulduk.

Nazik ev sahipliği ve içten karşılamaları için Sayın Doç. Dr. Ahmet Kıran hocamıza, görüşmeye katkı sunan değerli akademisyen hocalarımıza teşekkür eder, saygılarımı sunarım.

As the Kocaeli Provincial Representative of the Turkish Physiotherapists’ Association, we had the honor of visiting Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kıran, Deputy Chief Physician of Kocaeli City Hospital, with the valuable contribution of the academic staff from the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Kocaeli University of Health and Technology.

We had the opportunity to receive detailed insights from Dr. Kıran regarding the current structure and future planning of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services at the city hospital.

Bir danışanım duvarda yazanları okuyup, ‘Eğer bunların hepsini yapabilsek, zaten cennete gideriz!’ dedi. 💫

Her gün hatırlamamız gereken bu basit ama güçlü adımlar, değil mi? Hem bedenimizin hem de ruhumuzun sağlığı için bu seçimlerin ne kadar önemli olduğunu bir kez daha fark ettim: Su iç, sosyalleş, sakin kal, huzuru seç, bilinçli egzersiz yap, sağlıklı beslen, terapi al, pozitif düşün, gülümse, umut et, sev, dua et, takdir et ve iyilik yap… Gerçekten sağlıklı bir yaşam, bu küçük ama anlamlı seçimlerde gizli. 🌱💙

One of my clients recently read these words on the wall and said, ‘If we could actually do all these things, we’d already be on our way to heaven!’ 💫

Such simple yet powerful reminders for every day, right? It made me realize again just how important these choices are for both our body and our soul: Drink water, connect with others, stay calm, choose peace, exercise mindfully, eat well, get therapy, think positive, smile, have hope, love, pray, appreciate, and do good… True wellness is really found in these small but meaningful choices. 🌱💙
