Post-Bariatric Breast Transformation: Mastopexy with Implant
My dear patient from France 🇫🇷 came to me after massive weight loss following bariatric surgery. Her main concerns were:
🔹 Deflated upper poles
🔹 Severe breast ptosis (grade 3)
🔹 Excess loose skin
🔹 Loss of feminine breast shape and projection
🔹Asymmetry
🔹Scar tissue and dog ear due to previous surgery
✅ Solution:
I performed a mastopexy with implant placement, restoring both volume and youthful shape by:
🔹 Elevating and reshaping the breast tissue
🔹 Removing excess skin
🔹 Repositioning the nipple-areola complex
🔹 Adding implants to restore upper pole fullness and natural projection.
Liposuction and scar revision was also performed to correct previous deformities.
📸 Results shown are 1 year post-op.

Before & After: Septorhinoplasty & Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty
This incredibly special patient is my mother — the most emotional and unforgettable surgery of my career. ❤️
She was concerned about the appearance of her nose and eyelids, seeking a natural, refreshed look without changing her character.
✅ Solution: I performed open structural septorhinoplasty to improve both nasal breathing and aesthetics, along with upper eyelid blepharoplasty to rejuvenate her gaze while maintaining her natural expression.
📸 Results at 1.5 months post-op – swelling is still present and will continue to subside in the coming months.
🔹 Temporary numbness, swelling, and bruising around the eyes and nose are part of the normal healing process and resolve gradually.

My dear patient from Italy 🇮🇹 had breast augmentation a few years ago. She experienced pain in the sternal area, and an ultrasound revealed a ruptured implant (left breast). During the consultation, we also observed lateral displacement of the implant (right breast).
✅ Solution: During surgery, I medialized the implant pockets and replaced the implants with bigger ones upon her request.
