İnteresting morphology, CD138 positive, panCK negative signet cell in bone marrow‼️

"Plasma cell neoplasm, signet ring cell variant, in the bone marrow➡️
🩸Abundant vacuolated cytoplasm
🩸Eccentric small nuclei
🩸Can be misdiagnosed as signet ring cell carcinoma
🩸Follicular lymphoma can also present with this morphology
"

" biopsy of a pancreatic solid-pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) from a 22-year-old female. While beta-catenin is a good marker, LEF1 is much easier to interpret. Corresponding gross specimen was unfortunately large (10 cm) but w/ negative margins. "
