SILICONE LINER SYSTEMS
Made from Medical Grade Silicone Material.
The silicones used have been tested for biocompatibility according to DIN EN ISO 10993-5 and DIN EN ISO 10993-10.
High adhesion between liner and the skin.
Seamless Fabric Cover.
3 mm or 6 mm uniform thickness.
2 different fabric cover has been used on outside. The fabric cover around the distal end has special "matrix" which prevents vertical stretch thus prevents the "pistoning movement".
Perfect Pressure distribution.
Suitable for nearly all locking devices.

✳️Locking function for a high degree of safety; ideal for first standing and walking exercises, afterwards locking function is cancel-able
✳️More ground clearance for a safer and more confident gait
✳️Rates of flexion and extension can be adapted to the user. Flexion range is up to 150°

🔷 This system cancels out the need of using locks and silicone liners with the pin system.
🔷 Absorbs high reaction forces of the ground and creates vacuum on each step.
🔷 After multiple steps of the user, 15 in. Hg (around 0.5 bar) vacuum is created in the sealed socket.
🔷 Generated vacuum occurs between user's liner and the socket to prevent pistoning movement and grip the stump firmly.
