15 months after I became 93 kg.

I went to the army at the same year I had finished the dental school.
At that time I was 23 years old and I weighted 95 kg. After finishing the military service I was gaining about 5-6 kg yearly. When I reached 33 years my weight was 145 kg.

Due to my huge belly, the daily movements became too difficult for me, also I was not comfort at all during the dental examination of my patients!
My life had become a nightmare, the main problem was the difficulty in completing my job which I loved very much.
I tried different types of healthy diets in addition to practising sports but unfortunately all of them were completely useless.

In February 2012 I decided to have a bariatric surgery. I met the highly skilled surgical team at Care And More - Obesity Solutions, their medical consultation was Sleeve Gastrectomy Procedure. The surgery had been done, indeed it was very successful.

Prior to the surgery, I was weight 148 kg, BMI: 46.7
1 year after the surgery, I became 85 kg, BMI: 26.8!!

According to my parents around me since my childhood, I was always overweight. We used to eat the fatty food and unhealthy meals at my family. We were not aware that obesity is a disease! . I was 20 years, 97 kg old when I went to the army. Fortunately, I lost some weight during the military service, I became 93 kg by the end of it.
23 years old when I got married I was 111 kg. My wife was a very good cooker, eating heavy meals regularly after getting married in 3 years has caused me to be up to 148 kg. Even though I was too young, I felt myself ad a disabled person. Since my childhood losing my excess weight through a healthy diet was an impossible because of my bad eating habits. I used to eat until I couldn't even move! Actually I had no social life at all. I was running away from being in crowded environments.
