About Meltem

Meltem began her Yoga journey in 2003 in Istanbul with Hatha Yoga. She is also a Reiki III master.

Since then, she has tried various yoga types and learnt Iyengar yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Meditation and Pranayama. Meltem has trained on a Yoga Teacher Training course (RYT200) in Goa, India. Being a Yoga Alliance member, she believes yoga is a lifestyle choice and the means of discovering one's self. She cares about alignments, adjustments and modifications of asanas according to the individual needs

and the level of the class. Additionally, Meltem has a keen interest in all areas of hypnosis and she has a diploma in Hypnotherapy.
