The graft of our Iraqi patient, who had a femora-popliteal bypass surgery in another country a month ago, was clogged and his foot started to become necrotic. Our patient, who applied to our institution, was re-evaluated by our KVC team and underwent femora-arterio tibial surgery. After the successful operation, we sent our patient, whose treatment was completed, to his own country in good health.
