Center Beautification Initiative: It includes females from the displaced and from the local community.
The participants embarked on an artistic effort to decorate the walls of the Youth Capacity Development Center with purposeful drawings. These graphics, designed with care, enriched the atmosphere, and the idea of belonging to the center was reinforced.
The overarching goals embodied in these initiatives are as follows:
- Facilitating social integration: efforts aimed at enhancing the sense of unity and integration between the displaced, residents and members of the center's team.
Empowering Positive Impact: By participating in meaningful initiatives, individuals within the center's community were encouraged to exert a positive influence on one another. The activities served as catalysts for constructive change.
- Enhancing self-confidence: Engaging in meaningful endeavors such as this had the effect of enhancing the self-confidence of the participants and enhancing their perception of personal effectiveness.
Cultivating Responsibility: Through leadership roles and adherence to established team standards, participants were encouraged to take ownership and responsibility for their contributions to initiatives, promoting a sense of commitment and accountability.
