☀️ Beware of the Harmful Effects of the Sun!
Skin cancer can develop from prolonged, unprotected exposure to the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays, which damage skin cells and increase risk.
🔹 When outdoors between 10 AM and 4 PM, wear protective clothing and a hat.
🔹 Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 before going outside and reapply throughout the day.
🔹 If you notice any changes in moles, spots, or wounds on your skin, consult a dermatologist immediately. Early detection saves lives.
Make sun protection a daily habit for healthy skin!
