Our 45-year-old male patient from Qatar presented with Grade III gynecomastia and significant vertical and horizontal skin laxity in the lower body following major weight changes. His condition caused both aesthetic and functional discomfort.

A comprehensive surgical plan was carried out in a single session, including:
• 360° lower body lift (removal and reshaping of excess skin and fat around the waist, back, and flanks)
• Fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty (addressing both vertical and horizontal skin excess in the abdomen)
• Free nipple-areola graft gynecomastia correction (removal of glandular and fatty tissue with repositioning of the nipple-areola complex)

The photos on the right were taken 6 days postoperatively. Early healing is progressing as expected, with moderate swelling and bruising within normal limits.

Using VASER® (UAL), MicroAire® (PAL), and J-Plasma® Technologies

✨ In this special case, we performed the first stage of a comprehensive 270-degree extended tummy tuck combined with advanced male body contouring techniques to achieve a natural and athletic silhouette tailored to the patient’s anatomy.

• VASER® (Ultrasound-Assisted Liposuction - UAL) was applied to the chest, back, and flanks to precisely remove resistant fat deposits while preserving surrounding tissues.

• The MicroAire® (Power-Assisted Liposuction - PAL) device was used on the chest, back, and flanks for controlled and effective fat aspiration.

• After VASER® liposuction on the chest, J-Plasma® was applied to enhance skin tightening, improve elasticity, and reduce skin laxity.

• In the first session, excess skin was removed for structural purposes, and mild muscle tightening was performed on the abdominal muscles.
