Ultrasonic Septorhinoplasty: Transforming Structure into Harmony
Our patient underwent an Ultrasonic Septorhinoplasty, a technique that allows precise and controlled reshaping of the nasal bones and cartilage while preserving surrounding tissues.
In many Middle Eastern nasal anatomies, our goal is not to create an overly sloped or excessively curved profile. Instead, we typically aim for a more balanced, straighter dorsal line with refined contours, while enhancing tip definition and structural harmony with the rest of the face.
During this procedure, the wide nasal root, bony hump, and cartilaginous hump were carefully reduced, and the nasal framework was reshaped using ultrasonic osteotome technology. This approach allows for controlled bone modification and helps achieve smoother transitions along the nasal dorsum.
Even during the operation itself, the transformation can be striking. With the hump reduction, improved dorsal alignment, and enhanced tip definition, the nose often shifts from a more masculine appearance toward a softer, more feminine aesthetic, while still respecting the patient’s ethnic features and natural facial proportions.
💫 As always, our focus remains on individual anatomy, facial balance, and natural-looking results rather than standardized nose shapes.
📌 Individual results vary and progress with healing. These photos are posted with our patient’s permission.
