Fireworks and loud noises can be frightening for animals, causing them stress, anxiety, and even physical harm if they attempt to run away in fear. It’s important to secure your pets and help them feel safe during this time. Here are a few tips:

🐾 Create a Safe Space: Set up a quiet, comfortable area where your pet can feel secure, away from windows and doors.

🎶 Use Calming Sounds: Play soft music or turn on the TV to help muffle the sounds of fireworks.

💊 Consider Safe Sedatives: In some cases, a vet-prescribed sedative can be a responsible way to keep your pet calm. Properly prescribed and dosed sedatives are safe and can greatly reduce stress and anxiety in sensitive pets.

🐶 Stay Close: If possible, keep your pets indoors and stay with them. Your presence will comfort them.

💡 Keep Them Occupied: Give your pet their favorite toys or treats to keep them distracted from outside noises.
