A lovely day out for dog lovers, wellbeing enthusiasts and anyone looking to spend time outdoors in one of London’s most beautiful settings.

I’m delighted to be joining the Greenwich Dog Show 2026 with Together we Breathe, hosting breathwork, mindfulness and gentle movement sessions throughout the day.

Alongside all the dogs, activities and entertainment, there will also be space to pause, reset and reconnect through simple wellbeing practices designed to help you slow down and enjoy the day a little more fully.

Come along with friends, family and of course your dogs.

Sunrise yoga on the Zambezi River.

Floating along the river at sunrise, practising yoga surrounded by hippos and crocodiles in the water beside us, was another truly special and memorable experience.

The sounds of hippos in the river and birds waking around us became the soundtrack to the morning as the most incredible sun rose in front of us.

Feeling very grateful to be sharing this experience with such a wonderful group.

We’ll be returning to Africa in September 2026 and again in 2027 for two very different wellbeing and safari experiences.

Victoria Falls never fails to leave me in complete awe.

This is my third time hosting a retreat here and every single time it feels like a totally different experience.

Visiting at the end of the wet season meant the volume of water was around five times more powerful than I’d seen before. The energy, sound and force of it was just incredible.

We walked across the impressive bridge into Zambia, surrounded by spray, rainbows and the roar of the falls, while our wonderful local guide sang us a traditional song along the way.

Such a special moment.

My heart feels wide open and I’m so excited to be sharing this extraordinary place and experience with this beautiful group.

We’ll be returning in September 2026 and again in 2027, with two very different Africa wellbeing and safari experiences.

A note from today’s breathwork session, while it’s still fresh 🤍

I was really in it today.
Moments of strong energy, deep presence, and a real sense of connection, both to myself and to everyone in the room.

We had a mix of people who had been before and some completely new, and the feedback from those experiencing it for the first time was amazing to hear.

It’s something I say often, but it’s true, this work is hard to explain.
It’s something you have to feel.

I’d love more people to experience it.

For many, it’s a chance to release, to reconnect, and to create real space for clarity and change.

A lovely first day hosting sessions for content creators, press and influencers, and such a pleasure to meet so many wonderful people throughout the day.

I genuinely love creating these kinds of experiences, offering people a moment to pause, breathe, reset and reconnect in the middle of busy days.

It was a joy to see how open everyone was to the sessions, and to hear such thoughtful feedback afterwards.

Fragrance, breath, movement and stillness can create such a simple but powerful shift, and it has been really special to share that in this setting.

This International Women’s Day, I’m reflecting on the panel I had the privilege of joining this week, alongside an inspiring group of women.

Thank you for raising awareness, and for reminding me of the quiet, often unseen work so many people do every day to support, protect and defend those who have experienced trauma.

I’ve enjoyed listening to Nina Simone today, and her lyrics have left me feeling especially grateful for the moments of calm and security I have in my own life right now. In such uncertain times, I hope that anyone living with less safety, less support, or less choice can find moments of peace.

Another wonderful evening hosting a Life Drawing session at ⭐️

Such an enjoyable workshop with our model who was so professional and such a natural, and big thanks to .lifedrawing for guiding a great session 💚💪⭐️

Thank you to all the members for getting into the flow, it was a joy to see such a wide and inspiring range of drawings come to life.
