Love Yourself With Yoga

Hi Beautiful People,

My name is Laurel aka Amber Yogini. I re-started my journey to a healthier me both mind and body in early 2016. I was invited to do my first Yoga Class by a friend of mine who had recently completed her Yoga Teacher Training and started doing classes. This was the gateway to me falling in love with this beautifully amazing practice.

I also did strength training which jump started my weight-loss journey. To date I’ve lost just about 30-35 lbs and have been able to maintain it with regular yoga practice and a mainly vegan diet.

I continued on my Yoga journey during 2017 and in 2018 I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Style Yoga at the Pranashama Yoga Institute in Bali under the tutelage of Dashama Gordon aka Dashama Love on IG.

Earlier this year, I also became a Certified POP Pilates Instructor and trust me, that was not easy, whew!!

In September 2018 I started offering Community Classes at Jean Pierre Complex on Mondays and Wednesdays and then to further collaborate with entities like Savannah Spin and GritfitTT to bring yoga to their clients.

In February 2019, Amber Yogini Wellness Studio opened it’s doors on 39 Caroni Savannah Road, Charlieville. We offer varying Yoga classes from Gentle Yoga & Vinyasa Yoga to Hot Yoga and Restorative classes.

Later this year I will be introducing mat pilates and another style of Yoga, so stay tuned....
