Let's talk sunscreen! Chemical vs. Mineral - which is better?

There are two types of sunscreens: Physical or mineral sunscreens reflect ultraviolet rays from the sun and contain one of two active ingredients, zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. Chemical sunacreens contain chemicals that absorb the sun's ultraviolet rays and contain oxybenzone, octinoxate, homosalate, avobenzone, and others.

It’s worth noting that both types work they just work differently.

We have highlighted some of the pros and cons of each. While some say mineral sunscreens are the better choice, the BEST choice is the use of any sunscreen as opposed to using no sunscreen. What's your choice of sun protection?

Botox is an injectable that temporarily relaxes muscles to smooth out wrinkles and fine lines. It is mostly used on forehead creases, crow's feet, and frown lines between the eyebrows.

Here are some results patients have gotten with botox to the "11s" (frown lines).

Also done: Small eyebrow lift to both patients, which opens up the eyes giving it a more youthful look.

Results can be natural-looking when done by a certified and experienced injector.
