My view on interval treatment sessions.

• Treating new clients with chronic injuries is a process. Patients must understand the timing, frequency, and duration of these treatments.

• I always take time to explain these procedures to my clients so we have a clear understanding of how the treatments are going to be implemented.

• One session per week for 4–5 weeks is my go-to, as it allows not only myself time to assess the client post-session, but it is also better for them financially. Yes, therapy sessions are expensive.
