Bodhi Tree Yoga & Health studio Bodhi Tree Yoga & Health studio provides classical hatha yoga classes that focus on the integration of the body, mind and being. Classes everyday at 9:30-11am.

The studio is located at 47 Rodney Road, Endeavour, Chaguanas - upper floor, orange building. Use car park to rear of building and use outdoor staircase to come on up (Dentist office is at the front, same building with Bliss Spa). Classes focus on lengthening, strengthening and toning the body while using the breath to calm the mind and relax. Emphasis is on creating a healthy body, an aware mind and a true sense of being. Mon & Weds 5-6:30pm and 7-8:30pm

Allow yourself to be restored, and evolve into that beautiful being you were born to always shed light and goodness to yourself and others.🔆

Oh yes! You’ve got to know what you’re getting into when you decide to have children. And if you didn’t decide, yet had them, you’re in for a hell of a fight!! It’s not about “love” and “procreation”, it’s a hard job you’re enlisting in FOR LIFE! This should be taught in schools! So be prepared, think about the long term first, rather than “it’s the expected thing in a relationship/marriage especially if we love each other” 🤮. Today, young people need to see and think differently as it only gets more challenging. It’s not for the weak! Weak parents, will undoubtedly only create weaker monsters… sadly, which just makes the world more difficult and so the cycle continues..

What is that thing called compromise? In a relationship? Really? If that’s the case you find yourself in or were told “that’s what people do”, then you are not living YOUR life. You are living for someone else’s comfort and ease. Compromise??? Ha ha ha!!! Never ever should any human have to do this and say it’s happening because of falling in love… “Falling” happens naturally by the law of gravity, easy, one-directional and unquestionable. Compromise is a decision one must consciously make thinking that it’s gonna get them closer to that freedom of “falling”. That’s just crazy!!! Think about it..😉

And oh boy… it ain’t pretty! So often, the emotional strength it takes to intelligently manage emotions and reactions erodes away, and sadly, embarrassingly, colors that are not meant to exist, appear! Tornado style! Yes, that is being human. However when the loss of control becomes more than often enough, step away and breathe. Make the space to breathe without gasping for air or hurting anyone any further, without allowing anything to sit in the driver’s seat of your natural rainbow machine.

How simple is this? Many people fail to realize the sources that exhaust them and continue to allow others and circumstances to drain them continuously. But when you wake up and notice the patterns, and try to re-engineer them without success, then it is time to release the sources that drain you, deplete you and exhaust you as they provide little or no nourishment whatsoever. Give it up! As tough or painful as it may be, it just has to be done.💕

Humility is something we are born with and must ensure it lives on throughout our entire lives as a sentient being. I am so very proud to have instilled this as much as I can in my children and I am bursting with humble pride when I heard and saw my daughters perform last weekend at the National Academy for the Performing Arts with 160 performers on stage. Truly magical and humbling to see pieces of me shine so brightly.

Thank you Mikeonthemictt for this video. That’s my child!!!!!😁😁🤗🤗 I’m so proud of you Saniya and so blessed to see how you’ve grown into such a lovely young woman💕
