Wash hands and open sealed packet. Unravel string from Detox Pearl. Relax and insert Detox Pearl deep into the vagina. String should be left outside of the vagina. Detox Pearl is positioned correctly when you can no longer feel it. If using 3 pearls it may help to tie the end of the strings together. Remove Detox Pearls after 72 hours (3 days.)
