❤️ Heart Valve Disease: What You Need to Know

Your heart has four valves: the aortic, mitral, tricuspid, and pulmonic valves. These valves open and close with each heartbeat to keep blood flowing in the right direction. When one or more of these valves doesn’t work properly, it is called heart valve disease.
