We are officially immersed in the Trinidad Carnival season for 2025!

The flights are coming in, the energy has shifted and euphoria is in the air! Whether you’re a carnival person or not, it’s hard to deny that things look and feel different at the moment.

As you get ready to enjoy the season, I want to share some important tips with you so you can have a great time while still taking good care of yourself. As a busy professional myself, I know it can be difficult to find your own rhythm, especially when you think about integrating self-care into your hectic schedule. Your approach to self-care should look like, “this is an important part of me thriving and being successful!” Instead of, “this is another thing for me to have to do.”

When you are well and giving of yourself to your families, jobs, businesses, friendships and relationships, you show up differently.
You show up better!
