When I opened this business I had a very specific vision for the way I wanted to operate and the impact I desired it to have. Five years into this entrepreneurial journey, I have no regrets, only joy and meaningful lessons I’ve grown from.

Our upcoming wellness retreat, Inward, is designed to help, heal and support you from the inside out. We’re not trying to give you quick fixes, we’re empowering you to develop sustainable practices. We are officially immersed in the Trinidad Carnival season for 2025!

The flights are coming in, the energy has shifted and euphoria is in the air! Whether you’re a carnival person or not, it’s hard to deny that things look and feel different at the moment.

As you get ready to enjoy the season, I want to share some important tips with you so you can have a great time while still taking good care of yourself. Very often when our routines change, it’s hard to find a footing and do what we need to do for ourselves.
