Here’s some simple ways you can manage your symptoms at home whether it’s you or your little one is experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, or fever.
What Helps:
✅ Hydration is key
Offer small sips every 5–10 minutes.
For babies: continue breastmilk or formula
For older children & adults: Oral Rehydration Solutions (ORS) work best
✅ Rest the stomach
Avoid heavy meals.
✅ Probiotics
Can help restore gut balance and shorten recovery time.
✅ ORS / Electrolyte Solutions
These replace lost fluids & prevent dehydration — very, very important.
Avoid:
🚫 Sugary juices / Gatorade (can worsen diarrhea)
🚫 Dairy in the first 24 hours (for some kids)

Seek Medical Care If:
