Here are some beneficial post massage tips!

Massage aftercare involves drinking plenty of water, resting, and taking a warm Epsom bath. 🛀
This helps flush toxins, reduce muscle soreness, and maximize relaxation.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, heavy meals, and strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours to allow your body to recover. 🙅‍♀️👎🚫
If suggested by your therapist, apply ice and/or heat helps activate, stimulate and soothe worked on tissue. 🔥 🧊
