Refers to systematic reviews & meta-analyses published between 2022 & 2025

✔️ Less likely to need induction of labour
✔️ More dilated upon arrival at hospital
✔️ Shorter first stage of labour
✔️ Reduces post partum haemorrhage(PPH)
✔️ Increase breast milk production

More robust research is required to validate these findings, but definitely a benefit to women preparing for labour & delivery 💛🌟

The Quran mentions the benefits of DPF(date palm fruit) ... in Surah Maryam during her labour.💥💛
