CDA EXHIBITION OF THE LIFE OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD SAW & BREAK THE FAST - 14/03/26

Had an amazing time City Mall during the weekend with the CDA organization of the beautiful exhibition of the life of the prophet Muhammad SAW & the breaking of the fast.

Another fantastic event fostering awareness, education, community gathering & worship, honour with togetherness, during this blessed month of Ramadhan.

Met some wonderful people, had great conversations, food, ambience, and activities for promoting Dawah….The exhibition continues until the 22/03/26.

Their inaugural Iftar & Dinner was well organized & provided a safe environment, excellent ambiance & delicious meal.

Fostering communal salaah, togetherness, Sadaqah was welcomed & encouraged.

It was wonderful interacting with many FB friends/followers/family.

We cannot afford to squander it

Limit screen time/scrolling…. Unless looking at Islamic content/listening to Quran/Hadith

But, DO NOT be selfish with Sadaqah, Smiling, Sharing of knowledge, feeding persons & praying in time/doing additional Ibadah 🤲🤲🤲

May Allah SWT accept all our efforts & enable us to experience LAYLATUL QADR InshaAllah

WHY DO WE FAST IN RAMADHAN? 💚💚💚

Lecture at Endeavour Masjid on Carnival Monday

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ ١٨٣
O believers! Fasting is prescribed for you—as it was for those before you1—so perhaps you will become mindful ˹of Allah˺. Quran 2:183

Ramadhan is the month in which the Quran was revealed Quran 2:185

Fasting isn’t abstinence from food & drink, it’s a spiritual awakening/reformation & reconnection to God that inspires us to continue for the balance of the year & beyond IA 🤲
