It's always a privilege to share tea with others. 🌿

The more I learn about tea, the more I realize how much there is to appreciate beyond flavour alone.

Every cup has a story of origin, craftsmanship, tradition, and the people behind it. Understanding those stories can completely change the way we experience tea.

At Cosmo Tea & Tea, we're passionate about encouraging more conscious consumption: slowing down, sipping with intention, and appreciating tea for more than what's in the cup.

I'm looking forward to spending the afternoon with the ASJA Ladies Association sharing what I've learned and enjoying meaningful conversation over tea. 🤍

What we grow, consume, and nourish ourselves with matters 🌿

The Back to Eden Expo Madame Moringa Health Products is more than an event. It’s a space for conversations around food sustainability, home gardening, natural living, and making better use of the resources around us.

At Cosmo Tea & Tea, these values matter deeply to us because tea, too, begins with the earth, thoughtful cultivation, and intentional choices.

We’re happy to be part of this experience on Saturday 30th May at the Cruise Ship Complex from 10am–6pm.

Tea is far more nuanced than most people realize.

Black, green, white, yellow, oolong, and pu-erh all come from the same tea plant named Camellia sinensis.

What changes is how the leaf is treated after harvesting.

Oxidation, is the major factor that influences the chemistry of the tea • antioxidant levels

• amino acids like L-theanine
• flavour compounds
• caffeine expression
• and how the tea feels in the body

That’s why green tea may feel lighter and more supportive for focus and metabolic wellness, while black tea feels bolder and is often associated with cardiovascular support. Oolong may feel balanced and digestive-supportive, while pu-erh is traditionally appreciated after heavier meals.

Isn't it amazing....same leaf... different processing......dfferent experience.

And that’s the beauty of true tea.
