IS THIS REALLY NECESSARY ?
At times conventional medication may be necessary for an individual however meds are given far too easily these days to treat the symptoms without truly looking at the cause - the same can be said for vitamins and supplements ........
Are they necessary for weight loss ? .......the answer is NO while supplements and vitamins can be of benefit when the body may be running low - taking them wastefully is just expensive urine !
Bottom line - get variety in your diet - truly understand what a "healthy balanced" diet really means
at the end of the day there is no MAGIC pill .......
