Really great points made in this video. Forget about the exercise being a proven way to cut our ballooning healthcare expenditures for a moment.....bicycle commuting fosters social interaction/interaction with one's environment in a way that cars simply won't allow. The Dutch people saw the benefits of this and actively encouraged it! Here's to Trinidad one day being a place where owning a car is an option instead of a necessity.

Spotted two bike commuters taking the scenic route home today. The backpacks and easy grins gave me the hint. They have figured out the secret of how to turn a toy (the bike) into a tool. A tool that is really useful for beating East Trinidad's horrendous traffic congestion.

Road works = wicked traffic jams in the West yesterday. Almost cancelled my plans to go for a Macueripe dip when I remembered that standstill traffic doesn't trouble people who are getting around on bicycles 😁 Methinks it made the ride to and from alot safer, and a bit more fun. @ Macqueripe bay, Chaguaramas, TT.
