African Giant Snails are not only destructive but also remarkably resilient.
Even if the parent snail dies, its eggs can still hatch. That’s right — the eggs already contain developing embryos, and as long as the conditions are right (moisture, shade, and warmth), life goes on.
This makes infestations especially dangerous, because simply killing adult snails does not guarantee the problem is gone. Without proper control, hundreds of baby snails can still emerge and continue spreading disease, damaging crops, and threatening our environment.
The takeaway: Spotting or handling these snails is not something to take lightly. Leave it to the professionals to ensure they’re safely and effectively removed.
