Aspiration Outreach Support extends our Congratulations to Ms Kayneatra Hosein on her selection as an Exhibitor of her Artwork. Her piece is now on displace at the Central Bank as part of the graduating class of the UWI Department of Creative and Festival Arts. Kayneatra volunteers at AOSC and is the cousin of Dr. Shane Mohammed.

Kayneatra's artistic practice explores emotional experiences, mental health and identity through contemporary art. Using the human figure and portraiture, she express inner emotions through colour, surface and form, shifting away from realism toward symbolic methods. Mental health is central to her work and is inspired by her very own personal reflection and lived experiences. She used acrylic paint and mixed media to build layers and contrasts that reflect vulnerability, tension and the complexity of emotional experiences. Her work contributes to conversations about mental health and emotional awareness through art.
