It's been a little while but I feel the urge to share my October vibes with you all.
It's Divali time, and that normally means pumpkins are in abundance, so it's also pumpkin season in Trinidad and Tobago. I have been craving roti and pumpkin, and a nice rich creamy pumpkin punch spiced with a nutmeg. We also celebrate Calypso History month. How about you, are you a pumpkin person?
