Home is where the soul is …
There’s a comfort between my client’s and I that’s undeniable.I genuinely do not like to talk during a massage but sometimes there’s so much to catch up on. I remain professional but when my client’s and I share relatable stories it often feels like home for both of us.
We talk, we laugh, we share joys and sorrows ..and that’s what I like to offer. Working from home always offers a level of hospitality that I love to offer.
I alway’s tell my clients amongst the chitty chatter that my home is also their home. It’s an open space to relax, unwind and have a cup of tea and even familiarize with my cat. Sole to soul Therapy will always be that home away from home ..and home is where is the soul feels peaceful.
I’ve came to the realization recently …that many of us go about our daily lives looking for a destination to just feel settled .
It brings me joy that I’m a chosen space ❤️

Every client is a canvas in my eyes…
I treat them and their bodies as an art.
I perform with my creativity and full potential.
Every stroke , every twist and turn ..my hand’s are guided and I aim for perfection.
The aim is to release relaxation and to erase any pain’s someone may have.
Every client is a canvas and to master their need’s is my art. I do my best to listen with my hands and find a rhythm that works solely for them.

Let’s unwind ….
Too many times in our everyday lives we forget the little things that bring us calm and joy..
I’ve had Clients tell me that they don’t know how to center themselves after a long day or the stress lingers for several days.
As we approach the busy season of Christmas ..where we forget to even eat our meals on time or call back people we care about ..it’s important to never forget yourself in the midst of all of this too. There’s a few simple things we can do to ground and center ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Massage, of course will always be my first pick in offerings. It offers a calm quiet place to shift the busy world into a more relaxed state.
It brings a moment of clarity, calm and inner joy.
This feeling can lasts for several hours and sometimes even days . Massage has a way of grounding us when we need it the most .
My advice to you as the days are now getting busier by the hours ..is to simply pause , reflect and ask your inner self “ what do you I need today ?”
And if it falls under self care…know that Sole To Soul Therapy will always welcome you with open hands 🤲

What is Sole To Soul Therapy ?
I came up with this name when I realized I love taking care of people from the inside out.
Being a certified massage therapist & aesthetician I’m always focused on the human body and skin.
I have found a love in creating skincare products with a twist of creativity.
I offer cleansing bars and beautiful soaps that people give as gifts or use for display around their homes.
I’ve always been known for my creativity even when I was child my parent’s , teacher’s and friend’s eyes always fell on my creations and my poetry.
I have taken my hands and same skills and launched it into my career of massage therapy and skincare.
Many know me for different things …my poetry, massages , soaps ,my sense of humor and overall just being a very happy,bubbly, funny and calm person.
I have built a clientele over the year’s and I’m continuously seeing it grow and for that I’m forever grateful .
My dream is to make people feel better about their body pains and to boost their self esteem with natural product’s that aren’t harsh on their skin.
I love using local plant’s in my skincare creation’s such as turmeric, cocoa butter, coconut milk and hibiscus. It doesn’t only feel good but it gives it that additional Caribbean scent when it is used
In massage therapy before every session ..I ask angels to guide my hand’s and some say “ you have a gift.” I believe we are all instruments of God and we are all used to heal each other.
If we have not met or if we have. I hope my brand has done exactly what it has promised …

It’s November 1st and the Christmas season has officially started for me . I’m soooo excited to show you what I have in store …from spa services to Handmade beauty products 😁 I will also be launching a new product that I can’t wait to show off 👀
Christmas has always been a very happy time for me ..
From lights, music , sorrel and parang ..it’s a Season that helps me create.
I’ll be making a wide range of baskets for both men and women , soap bundles and something that nobody will ever guess 💁‍♀️
Santa and I have been very busy checking that list and it looks like some of you will be getting lumps of coal that may even bubble with water 🤣 ….Can you guess what I mean ? 👀 (I will be on the naughty list for doing this ) Some of my creations have been inspired by the fact that I have never seen snow …It’s going to be Trinidad’s first winter ❄️
