This popped up on my memories! 2022 Art Therapy training with Sr. Julie Peters was AMAZING! I still remember being in that training and learning so many beautiful techniques that I even use in the Sandtray now, or with Brainspotting!

Still hoping one day she does Part 2 training again :)

Art Therapy is sometimes so relieving in the therapeutic space. There's no judgement on how neat or perfect it is, sometimes we do pure scribbles!!! That's my favorite kind of art! That which comes from the subconscious to free us from the anxiety, from the expectations, and helps us to regulate our nervous system and come back to authenticity.

I believe that there's always more to learn in this profession. Maybe a better way to serve our clients. After all, they deserve it!

Many months ago I enrolled in more Trauma Trainings, to better understand and create avenues for healing for adults, teens, and kids.
