Island Growers Trinitario Chocolate no sugar added ice cream is made with 100% Trinitario cocoa powder, grown and produced by the Montserrat Cocoa Farmers Co-op in Gran Couva, Trinidad.
Trinidad and Tobago is one of eight (8) countries that exclusively produce 100% fine flavour cocoa, with 5-12% of global cocoa designated as fine flavour. Trinidad & Tobago Trinitario cocoa have remained unique and distinct because of the climate, soil, flora & fauna, and processing.

All Island Growers Ice Creams have no added sugar. Our products are sweetened with Allulose, a naturally occurring, plant based rare sugar. Allulose is low glycemic with zero net carbohydrates, sugar or calories.
Each Island Growers ice cream base has the following ingredients:
milk, cream, cream cheese, sunflower lecithin, xanthan gum, guar gum and vegetable glycerin.
