🗓Classes are held on the first Sunday of every month 10am to 11am.
📍Location : Buller Street, Woodbrook.
🪑Cost: $80/session.

💎The science of natural healing stones (i got my new set today and also awaiting my chakra bands from my good friend Suresh who owns Maxrishka Creation)🥰 which are are known for their grounding and cleansing properties, helping us to connect to mother earth (try taking a walk on the beach in the cool sand or soaking your feet in salt water or walking on moist earth. Put a big block of charcoal (tourmaline) in a corner of your room, it absords bad energy (toxins in the air). Swallow charcoal tablets, its good for absorbing and getting rid of toxins in the body. Ladies wear jewellery with Amethyst for balancing your hormones.This is the same effect of healing stones, they promote stability and relaxation in our bodies and our surroundings. These stones are believed to help center your energy, release negativity, and foster a sense of calm and security.
Let me break it down scientifically. As some of you know most of my healing and therapy while doing yoga with me is more science but also spiritual to an extent when we connect with our bodies through meditation.
The 7 chakras (organs) in the body must be aligned at all times to prevent any blockages and allow the flow to healthy living. Through tapping, rheki using stones or crystals, deep breathing, we are allowing the flow of energy and proper function of these chakras (organs).

🙏 Neck and shoulder back pain relief. Sometimes we lift heavy objects badly, sleep at a bad angle causing knots in the muscles that needs urgent relief.
My father is known for getting a sore neck and this 2nd video has always helped.

🪡 Thread-the-needle stretches the sides and back of your shoulders, helping to ease any pain and tension you may have there.
Kneeling in puppy pose, scoop your arm, palm up, under your chest, turning your head to that side. Hold for a few seconds then do next side.

🧎🧎‍♀️Shoulder lifts to ears - Slowly lift your shoulders up to your ears then slowly turn the head side-to-side to relieve neck and shoulder pains. This may be a sign of neck pain and stiffness, which can potentially be caused by muscle strain, poor posture, or other conditions. While some gentle neck stretches, such as tilting the head to the side and rotating the head from side to side, can sometimes help relieve neck pain, it's important to be aware of potential triggers and seek professional advice if pain persists or worsens.

Our abdomen contains many vital organs that keep us well. All these organs are confined and protected by the muscles in the abdomen. A hernia occurs when these muscles are weakened that a gap is made.

How Yoga can cure Hernias?

Yoga basically includes stretching and straining exercises to improve overall health. Yoga poses that contract the abdominal muscles helps take the pressure off the abdominal wall and prevents hernia. More than 60 percent of all hernias are diagnosed as inguinal hernias. However, regular practice of different yoga poses ensures in strengthening the abdominal area. Yoga not only cures inguinal hernia but also all types of hernias are successfully managed by it.

5 Yoga asanas for Hernia:

Here are the yoga poses that help recover from hernia (consult your doctor after any surgery to ensure you can proceed with exercise. Never force any of these stretches, they have been modified for simplicity and practicality.)

🧘Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana) helps to warm and energize the whole body. It improves balance, focus, and concentration. This pose also stimulates the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, while helping to relax the muscles of the pelvic floor.

Steps:
Legs wide apart, feet turned outward. Squat, lifting arms above your head.
Don't force your stretch, always hold where you feel comfortable. In time, the stretches will get deeper with practise.
Hold position for 60 seconds.
