Life Coaching is aimed at focusing on improving a person’s well-being by being proactive and problem solving to individuals’ needs. Life Coaching is not about telling the client what to do but to enable them to learn the necessary information about themselves, and additional skills and knowledge for personal development, thus helping the client to be their own therapist. In summary, Life Coaching is about helping the client identify those areas that need addressing and seeing issues from another perspective thus assisting them to formulate a list of reactions or solutions to choose their outcomes, responses and behaviours.

What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is the combination of various styles, ideas and methods, sources of therapy and training skills combined in a teaching or coaching format.

It is aimed at focusing on improving a person’s well-being by being proactive and problem solving to individuals’ needs.

Most importantly, it’s not about telling the client what to do but to enable them to learn the necessary information about themselves, and additional skills and knowledge for personal development, thus helping the client to be their own therapist.
