Emotions are not the problem, they are signals.
We all experience sadness, anxiety, frustration, anger, and stress at times. Having these feelings does not automatically mean you have a diagnosis.
However, if emotions start to feel intense, constant, or difficult to manage, support can make a big difference. Therapy isn’t only for crises, it can also help you better understand yourself, build coping skills, and feel more balanced.
Seeking help is a form of self-care, not weakness. 🌿
