💧 Staying hydrated and nourished is key during pregnancy. Aim for at least 8-10 glasses of water daily and focus on nutrient-rich foods.

Need more than water, here are some hydration alternatives:
Coconut water
Herbal teas
Infused water
Soups and broths
Fresh fruit juices
