She needed to feel better about herself and needed a push in the right direction. Kat wanted to make a change, but starting wasn’t easy.
When we began, she was on vacation, which gave her time to focus on training. We worked on building her strength with simple, effective movements. Slowly but surely, she started seeing progress.
Then life got busier. Work returned, and her routine changed. But Kat stayed consistent. She didn’t let the challenges of life stop her.
