Just finished an 8K run with these two amazing women, and moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Coaching isn’t about standing on the sidelines; it’s about being in it with you every step of the way.

I’m not here to just push others; I’m here to grow alongside them. Seeing their determination inspires me to keep showing up, keep pushing, and keep improving.

She needed to feel better about herself and needed a push in the right direction. Kat wanted to make a change, but starting wasn’t easy.

When we began, she was on vacation, which gave her time to focus on training. We worked on building her strength with simple, effective movements. Slowly but surely, she started seeing progress.

Then life got busier. Work returned, and her routine changed. But Kat stayed consistent. She didn’t let the challenges of life stop her.

Now, she’s lost over 30 pounds and transformed her body and mindset. Kat’s journey shows that with the right support and a commitment to yourself, you can achieve more than you think.
