🧘‍♀️ Yoga Teacher Misconceptions, Busted!✨
Just because I teach yoga doesn’t mean:

• I’m always calm (catch me in traffic 😅)
• I wake up at 5am to meditate daily (I hit snooze... twice)
• I only eat quinoa and drink green juice (hello doubles & coffee 💁🏽‍♀️)
• I can levitate... yet 😌
• I live in leggings (okay fine—*but it’s also because I hike, run, swim... and they’re just really comfy*)

Let’s be real — yoga teachers are just humans trying to stretch through life too 💫
