Ananda: Place of Bliss ANANDA'S mission is to guide each yoga practitioner through the evolution of their yoga practice and help facilitate his or her allround growth.

Whether an experienced practitioner or beginning one’s yoga journey, all are welcome. Our mission is to create a happy invironment , where people can enjoy their yoga journey and to offer an array of classes for every type of practitioner. The intention is to maintain a space where students feel comfortable and safe growing and advancing in their asana (posture) practice as well as supporting their growth in what ever ways they seek. We encourage and welcome new practitioners to discover yoga and begin a disciplined practice. Yoga is many things: physical fitness and well-being, health, relaxation, transformation, new possibilities within a conscious community. We strive to continuously improve and expand our efforts thus serving the needs of our diverse student population. We believe the art and discipline of YOGA serves as a design for our whole life. We believe that yoga is for everyone, that it transforms everyone, and that yoga is for YOU.

I turned 50 on Thursday. and am having the best birthday weekend ever. I needed this. My soul needed this as I have not laughed or had much real fun since my mom died a year ago. This birthday and this weekend has me feeling like am coming out of the dark and finding space for sweet remberance of mom while making new space for myself . Special thanks to for photos.
