We’re Back With Another Breath Workshop With

Breath is the Key; Let’s Unlock a Better You.

Date: Saturday, August 23rd
Time: 10:30am to 12:30pm

We’ll cover the anatomy of breath and how it actually happens, the impact of the breath, and the many things you can do to help create space for it to move; both in your body and in your life. There will be 30 minute lecture & presentation followed by a 60-min practice.This is an entirely all level practice and will be done seated and lying on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes.
