Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken

Proof that keto meals can be rich, satisfying, and still help you lose weight.
We don’t fear fat here we use it wisely!

Perfect for busy days when you want something simple, high protein, and full of flavor.

Recipe:

• 4-6 chicken breasts
• Salt + black pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• Fresh parsley
• Optional: spinach for extra greens

Method:

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Sear in olive oil + butter until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté garlic and mushrooms.
4. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and parmesan. Stir until creamy.
5. Return chicken to the pan and let simmer for 8–10 minutes.
6. Finish with parsley and serve with broccoli, zucchini, or a fresh salad.
