Week 1 inside the Women in Balance Hormone Program is complete and the feedback from the ladies has been so encouraging. 💜

In just 7 days many are already noticing:

• Less bloating
• A few pounds lost
• More awareness around food
• Learning to fast and fuel their bodies differently

For some, the plant-focused week was challenging… but also eye-opening. It pushed many to get creative with meals and really listen to how their bodies respond when gluten and dairy are reduced.
